Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of Methar, a sponsorship operating system for marketplace discovery, proposal governance, contracts, deliverables, evidence, disputes, and reporting.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, your organization profile, and every action taken through your account. Keep credentials confidential and notify Methar if you suspect unauthorized access.
Verified Organizations
Sponsors and rights holders may be required to submit documents before marketplace, proposal, contract, or execution features are enabled. Methar may approve, reject, request changes, suspend, or re-review organizations to protect platform integrity.
Opportunities and Proposals
Rights holders are responsible for accurate opportunity inventory, packages, deliverables, dates, KPIs, pricing, and acceptance criteria. Sponsors are responsible for submitting accurate proposal terms, objectives, budgets, and campaign requirements.
Governed Deals
A deal cannot be completed, cancelled, escalated, or materially changed by one party alone unless an authorized administrator performs an audited override. Accepted proposal scope, contract versions, signatures, evidence reviews, and dispute outcomes are governed by Methar workflow rules.
Contracts and Signatures
Contract drafts, reviews, approvals, and signatures must be completed by authorized representatives. Signing a contract confirms that your organization accepts the commercial scope, obligations, dates, acceptance criteria, and any referenced terms.
Evidence and Reporting
Rights holders must submit truthful evidence for deliverables. Sponsors must review evidence in good faith. ROI, valuation, and performance reports depend on the accuracy of submitted data and may be revised when evidence is rejected or corrected.
Disputes and Escalation
Disputes pause affected execution workflows until mediated or resolved. Escalation means administrative mediation or higher-level review, not unilateral deal closure.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Methar for fraud, misleading sponsorship claims, unlawful content, unauthorized data access, harassment, spam, or attempts to bypass workflow, audit, storage, payment, or security controls.
Data and Audit Trail
Methar records operational events such as approvals, transitions, signatures, evidence reviews, messages, and admin decisions. These records support compliance, accountability, support, and dispute handling.
Changes to Terms
Methar may update these terms as the product, laws, or operating model evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
